<p>The most common thing that people use as the excuse that they aren&#8217;t going to the gym, are overweight or don&#8217;t eat right is</p>
<p>I SIMPLY DON&#8217;T HAVE THE TIME</p>
<p>This mindset is sadly becoming more and more common but when you look at the actual facts of what we do with our time and apply it to your daily life you will quickly see that you have all the time you need.</p>
<p>Firstly lets talk facts. No matter what you do or how hard you try every single person gets 24hrs in a day which equals to 168hrs in a week, agree? Good. Now the following breakdown will vary from person to person but this is the breakdown of the Average Person’s week</p>
<p>51Hrs/week for Sleep</p>
<p>50Hrs/week for Work</p>
<p>15Hrs/week for meals (broken down into 2hrs/day for breakfast, lunch and dinner plus a                                                                little left over for snacks</p>
<p>24Hrs/week for Relaxing, reading books, watching T.V, getting some exercise making love, partying etc</p>
<p>4Hrs/week for going to church or watching a big weekend sporting game</p>
<p>Now all of that only totals 144Hrs which means you have 24Hrs (a bit over 3Hrs a day) of unused and wasted time. Lets say you really love you’re TV or you Have to hit the clubs harder than most even if we take another 6Hrs away that still leaves 18Hrs!! that’s about 2.5hrs a day of FREE TIME!!</p>
<p>The idea that we don’t have enough time to go and achieve anything that you want in life is just ludicrous. Yet still so many of us feel rushed, under the pump, stressed or simply unable to go out and get it. People say everyday “if only I had a little bit more time, then I could….” Well there you go I just gave it to you!</p>
